We hope to inspire, motivate and educate you here on what making healthier choices in food and exercise look like in the Homewood FIT community. We are out to do more than just tone women, our desire is that women will experience energy, strength and overall health benefits from being involved in the FIT community. Exercise and eating right are so much more than trends, they are the way we live. We hope you join us in our quest to bring women together to move, fellowship and share life together!  You can Like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter. For the month of February drop-in for $10 and experience the FIT community firsthand!
